Supercharged (and super easy) Overnight Oats:

  1. Put all ingredients in 1 large mason jar (or any other type of glass container), shake well to blend all ingredients and place in the refrigerator over night.
  2. Makes 4-6 servings. You can eat it cold or warm it up. Top it with 1 tsp. raw honey, a few walnuts or pecans and/or some fruit like blueberries or a banana.

Recipe Notes:

Variations of all ingredients can be used. Get creative, make it your own and supercharge your mornings! You could jazz it up with some cinnamon or even throw in a few dark chocolate chunks. The ingredients above have Amazon links imbedded, however you should be able to get everything locally at your health food store.
